[Michlib-l] Employee Cell phone use

In addition to the other legitimate uses for a personal cell phone while at
work, I have used mine when a fiber optic cable was cut. No internet
equaled no phone in that library. We were unable to communicate with our
branches to let them know what had happened. Because we had our cell phones
we were able to let the branches know what was happening and to allow them
to communicate with us.
