[Michlib-l] MI PR Group is back

Hi Everyone,
 
It's been a bit but the MI PR Group is back.  Due to lots of changes at my library and personal changes we went on hiatus.  However, the need to market and the need to share has not diminished at all during that time.
 

The MI PR Group is designed as an informal PR group to work together and share our successes, learn from our non-successes and put our brains together to try and tackle issues and help all of our libraries.  
 
Our facebook page is active again and a great place to pose questions and interesting thoughts - check it out at https://www.facebook.com/michiganprgroup.
 
We're going to have another meeting on Thursday, September 12th at 10:00am at the Southfield Public Library's meeting room.  We'll have a discussion on fund raising and where ever else the discussion leads plus a chance to go around the table with local updates to gain great ideas from each other.
