[Michlib-l] Dearborn Heights Charter Amendment Passage

Hello

I am pleased to announce that the residents of Dearborn Heights have
approved a charter amendment dedicated to raising an additional .95 mils in
perpetuity.

This will allow us to close our revenue gap, improve our collections and
set something aside for any future building plans or improvements.
