The MILibraryCard program is now accepting libraries to participate in 
this new reciprocal borrowing program. You can find the agreement, 
participation information, and library card label information on the 
website at www.milibrarycard.org . This program is sponsored by the 
Michigan Library Cooperative Directors Association and will begin 
January 1, 2014.
