*CLASSIFICATION:             *Part Time, Hourly (17 hours per week)

*REPORTS TO:*                 Head of Technical Services

*DEPT:*                            Miller Library

*LOCATION:         *             Miller Library



*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*

   - Assist with Knowledge Access and Resource Management.
   - Manage new e-Book downloads of records (including updating
   SerialsSolutions Client Center and completing new coverage loads in
   Millennium)
   - Provide back-up as needed for ERM (Electronic Resource Management).
   - Assist in troubleshooting e-access problems reported by patrons and
   other library staff.
   - Attend library staff meetings.
   - Attend work related professional meetings and workshops.
   - Other duties as assigned.

*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*

   - Bachelor’s degree
   - Knowledge of the Innovative Interfaces, OCLC, Cataloging standards,
   SerialsSolutions Client Center
   - Ability to learn new technology, have some technology skills, and
   detail-oriented

*ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:*

   - A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and an active Christian
   commitment
   - A theology that supports the values and mission of Cornerstone
   University evidenced by an ability to affirm and sign the university’s
   doctrinal statement, “The Cornerstone Confession.”
