[Michlib-l] County Library Board Bylaws

Hello,

I am looking for information about county library boards that administer 
a county library fund, specifically ones that disburse funds to several 
libraries within the county rather than one countywide library system. 
Does anyone have bylaws for such a board or can you point me in the 
right direction for information?
