If you have questions about the Quality Services Audit Checklist, QSAC, program be sure to register for one of our 2014 QSAC webinars.  During the webinar we will cover the ins and outs of the program and the process for a library to apply for certification.

Monday, September 8, 1pm-3pm
Friday, December 5, 10am-12pm
