[Michlib-l] Library Security Personel Training

[Steven Smith]

We were investigating to see if there were any good avenues to provide
effective security guard training.  Has anyone else found an outside
company / personal trainer that provides this kind of service?  If so,
how effective were they at providing the kind of training appropriate
for a library?  Any experience you could share would be helpful and I
thank you all in advance.
