Michigan College Goal - FAFSA Completion Support
Want more of your students to aim for college? Michigan College Goal is an initiative focused on helping students successfully complete the FAFSA. Once students see how much aid they can get, 9-in 10 students who file the FAFSA are motivated enough to enroll in college. And that helps build a college going culture at your school. Here's how to make that happen:

1. Announce Michigan College Goal to your students through morning announcements and in the classroom.
2. Post and distribute flyers. 100 flyers and 1 poster will be mailed to ALL Michigan high schools in January and you can print off more here: http://www.micollegegoal.org/Volunteers/Home.aspx. They can be found on the right hand side of the page under the announcements column.
3. Announce Michigan College Goal through emails, newsletters, and auto-call messages to parents saying something like, "How much could your seniors get for college and career education? Most get thousands of dollars in aid. Find out when you file the FAFSA. Get free help filing the FAFSA at a College Goal Event near you on February 9th. Details at www.MICollegeGoal.org."
