[Michlib-l] Survey: Benefits Class 6 Libraries offer employees

We are looking for information about employment benefits offered by Class 6 libraries. If you have access to this information for your library, please share it. We will be compiling responses and sharing them in turn with interested libraries.

Please see the attached Excel file to complete the survey!

Specifically, we are interested if your library offers Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Pension, Sick Leave, Vacation, Holidays, Deferred Compensation, Paid Personal, and Long Term Disability for employees in the following positions:
Assistant Director
Department Head
Senior Librarian
Entry Level Librarian
IT Specialist
Library Clerk
