[Michlib-l] Bay County Library System Millage Renewal

We're pleased to announce that Bay County voters approved renewal of 1 mill
operating millage for 6 years!  The vote was 25,825 yes and 10,565 no.
Another way to put it:  nearly 71% of 36,390 votes were in favor of the
proposal.
