Good afternoon, everyone!
I just wanted to pass on word about an event we're holding next month:
The Romeo District Library (Graubner Library - Washington Township) is
hosting Regina Stinson, founder of the Detroit area's own
Ribston-Pippins, a scion society of the Baker Street Irregulars, for a
free presentation on Thursday, October 2, at 7:00 pm.
Her expertise will be brought to bear on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's famed
detective Sherlock Holmes and the topics to be covered are Holmes' own
methods, his influence, and what factors account for his continued
popularity today!
I am attaching our poster flyer and bookmarks template if you would wish
to print any for your own patrons. Let me know if you have any
questions, of course!
Sincerely,
Dominic McLaughlin, MLIS
Adult Services Librarian
Romeo District Library
