[Michlib-l] Software for wireless with login requirements - do you recommend one?

Hi, 

My library has recently had two notices of copyright infringement from
our internet provider. While I understand from our lawyer that the
Library is not liable to the copyright owner under DCMA's Safe Harbor
clause, the internet provider has mentioned in its notice that it can
drop us as a customer if the illegal downloading continues. 

To that end, I would like to buy software that requires wireless users
to have a library card so that we can identify and possibly suspend an
infringer's use of the internet; I believe that the internet provider
would be happy with that. 

If you can recommend this type of product, I'd appreciate your response
on or off the listserv.
