[Michlib-l] Library Card Vendor

We had a very bad experience with Rainbow Printing recently.  We had used them for our cards for at least 10 years. I always dealt with a particular sales rep who is no longer with the company.  

After being assigned a new sales rep, I ordered our cards on April 24th (last year) and was told it would take 4 weeks for our cards to be done since we were using existing artwork, etc.  To make a very long, frustrating story short, we still did not have usable cards by July 3rd and no promise we were going to get usable cards anytime soon.

I cancelled the order and went with Metcom.  I have only placed a couple of orders with them but they are a Michigan based company and, so far, have been very reliable and accommodating.  Our sales rep there is Tom Warnez.
