[Michlib-l] Resources for creating cataloging policies

I am looking for resources to help me create local cataloging policies.  We
are a small library, so resources specific to small libraries would be
especially helpful.  I prefer book resources, ideally those published
recently enough to include RDA information.  However, online resources are
acceptable if necessary.
