[Michlib-l] Stair District millage passed!

I am so pleased to report that the Stair District Library millage request
for 1.25 mills for 10 years passed tonight! The vote was 310 - 110.

(And I've meant to report back that the City of Morenci DDA voted to not
exempt the library from tax capture. Thank you to all who gave advice and
input on that issue.)
