I am seeing the same problem on my end - I tried to delete them one at a time and by checking some and clicking delete checked.

Maybe you can sort by last accessed to get the more current ones to the top.

I've had this problem for some time now, and CIVIC Technologies has yet to come up with a solution or replicate the issue.
