Hello Trustee Alliance Friends,

The next FOML Trustee Alliance workshop is called *"Strategic Thinking,
Strategic Planning: How Trustees Can Plan for Success"* and it's coming up
on *Friday, April 24, 2015* at the *Rochester Hills Public Library!*

We have special guest speaker *Sarah Ann Long* returning once again and her
topics include:


   - "The Value of Strategic Planning & Steps Toward Achievement"


   - "Assessing Your Plans: How Do You Measure Success?"


   - "How Strong Is Your Board? Board Development Strategies"


   - "Director-Board Relationships: Working Together for Success"


   - We will also have Shannon White, the Continuing Education Coordinator
   for the Library of Michigan, presenting: "The Quality Service Audit
   Checklist (QSAC): How Statewide Measures Can Improve Public Library Service"


FOML Trustee Alliance workshops are a great time to network with other
Trustee groups, tour the *Rochester Hills Public Library*, and spend a day
learning how to support your library!
