[Michlib-l] treasurer on library board

[Oscoda County Library]

Good evening:   My library board is in the process of reviewing their
by-laws and creating the position of treasurer. The library board would
like to review responsibilities and job descriptions of treasurer from
other boards. If your library board has a treasurer, can you please send me
