[Michlib-l] DVD Rental Charges

Our DVDs rentals are similar to what Cathy said. $1 per entertainment
DVD for a one week rental. Overdue fees are a dollar a day for those.
Nonfiction and childrens circ for 2 weeks and are free to checkout with
our standard overdue fees applying to those.
