[Michlib-l] Deferred Compensation and In Lieu of Insurance Compensation

Do any libraries currently offer deferred compensation or in lieu of
insurance compensation for those employees who do not need health insurance
coverage?
We have had this as a benefit for the past several years and now stand to
loose it due to Township changes.
