[Michlib-l] FOIA from Smartprocure

Has anyone received a message from Smartprocure for all your libraries
invoices and vendors for the last five years to upload electronically to
their database.

I called the person who sent the e-mail and she told me they just collect
millions of public records-just because.

Anyone experience this type  of request before?
