Librarians providing business information at university, college or community college libraries in the state of Michigan are cordially invited to attend the annual Michigan Academic Business Librarian meeting at Grand Valley State University's Seidman College of Business on Friday, July 24, 2015.

The Seidman College of Business is located on GVSU's Pew Campus in downtown Grand Rapids.  A more detailed agenda, parking passes, and driving directions will be sent to attendees the week prior to the event.  Please consider facilitating a discussion or presentation pertinent to business librarianship by completing this short form:  http://goo.gl/forms/zSzzC0MAZh.  Possible discussion topics may include collection development, engaging with faculty, embedding yourself in the classroom, business information literacy, open education resources, and successful collaborations.

Take advantage of this unique forum to meet your colleagues and exchange beneficial information.  ProQuest is providing a complementary box lunch to each attendee.  Lunch choices are as follows:

Smoked Turkey with Havarti
Ham and Swiss
Roast Beef with Provolone
Roasted Veggie Wrap
Each sandwich is served with potato chips, whole fruit and a cookie, and a choice of iced tea or lemonade will also be offered.

This meeting is hosted by Grand Valley State University Libraries and Cornerstone University Library. This day-long conference will run from approximately 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
