[Michlib-l] Bankruptcy

I'm full of questions today :)

How do you handle patron bankruptcies?

Do you remove the patrons fines and give them privileges again if they show
you bankruptcy documentation?

Can you legally continue to block use if they've successfully filed
bankruptcy?

Do any of you have policies regarding this?
