The conference, sponsored by DALINC (Dubuque Area Library Information Consortium), provides an opportunity to learn about and discuss the basics of small digital archival projects.  
 
Our keynote speaker is Noah Lenstra.  Noah is a fourth-year PhD Candidate in Library & Information Science at the Graduate School of Library & Information Science at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Noah's keynote is entitled "Start Where You Are: Organizing People and Technology to Create High-Impact Digital Heritage with Minimal Funding"
