Due to the upcoming retirement of long-time Assistant Director Jeanne Ludlow, the Alpena County George N. Fletcher Public Library is seeking a new Assistant Director. The Assistant Director is responsible for the operation of the public service/customer experiences of the Library. The leading candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, the ability to create quality experiences for the users of the library, the ability to coach, mentor, lead and supervise library professionals and paraprofessionals. The Alpena County George N. Fletcher Public Library is an award-winning organization with high expectations for providing quality services and programs for our community.
