This week we are welcoming Kimberly Young as our new Library Director at the Houghton Lake Public Library!

Kimberly is a Michigan native who earned her master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Wayne State University (permit my personal bias - woo hoo for WSU!).  Since then, she has gathered years of library experience from all across the country, implementing new programs, improving services, and even developing new libraries.  Her knowledge and experience is sure to provide the library with excellent direction and leadership!
