[Michlib-l] Employee Health Insurance

Hello all!

As a new open enrollment approaches, and as we hear more and more of
insurance increases (and budget decreases) we're asking for how your
library is handling the rising cost of employee health insurance.

Are you continuing to fund an employee plan?  Do you cover just your
employee or also spouses and dependents?  Do you cover the deductible?
Dental and/or vision?  Did you take on or opt-out of the 20% employee
contribution requirement?

Have you moved to a stipend-based benefit structure?  How did you design
it?

What was your staff response to any moves/changes you made?

*I plan to compile the answers for the listserv -- if you would like to
strip your identifying information from the compilation (or hold it out
completely), I'm happy to do so.  Please ask.  Otherwise, I'll assume I'm
free to use your response with identifying information.*
