[Michlib-l] Patron Code of Conduct / Staff Procedures

Hello,



I am in the process of drafting a more comprehensive patron code of conduct.
I also need to create staff procedures for handling patrons in violation of
conduct codes.  Any documentation you could share would be very helpful.  We
also need recommendations on training resources for staff.
