[Michlib-l] Amazon will start charging sales tax in Michigan

Amazon will start charging sales tax in Michigan on October 1.  If you have let them know of your state sales tax exemption, what was the procedure?  Do they require a mailed document?  Can you just tell them the tax exemption number?
