[Michlib-l] guns in the library

Manchester District Library reflects White Lake's policy as well. We did
have an older gentleman who would come in with a side arm. Our police
department was notified and spoke with him. Not sure what was said, but
he does not bring his gun in any longer. When we call 911, we were told
to tell dispatch it was a non-emergency call, and then tell them what the
situation is.
