[Michlib-l] Hoopla checkouts question

We just reduced our checkout limit down from 30 to 12. We just started with
hoopla October 2015. We left it open so we could get better statistics on
how well the service would be used. After our experiment we found we needed
to cap it off because of its popularity and ease of use.
