[Michlib-l] New Overtime Rule

My board is still discussing this, but I think they will probably keep
my position salaried and any overtime will be paid by dividing my annual
salary by annual hours and multiplying by one and a half per hour.  The
Dept. of Labor blog has a good discussion on this.
