[Michlib-l] Non-resident fees in Michigan Libraries: feedback compilation

Hello all.  Several folks asked for a compilation of responses, so here are
the two documents, attached.  For most of you, nothing new here, but may be
helpful to some.

Thanks to those who responded.  All your expertise and policies help a great
deal as we move forward in uncharted (for us!) territory.
