Two Library Director Positions Closing This Sunday-January 24!

 

Library Director-Natrona County Public Library (Casper, WY

opportunity for a library administrator with proven experience in community
relations, partnership development, building construction/renovation, and
fund raising. The Natrona County Public Library Board of Trustees seek a
dynamic leader capable of moving the Library forward in what promises to be
an exciting period of expansion and growth. The Library serves the 81,000 of
the County through the Main library in Casper, the Mills and Edgerton
branches, a bookmobile and the books-by-mail program. Opportunities include
exploring the possibilities and potentially developing a plan for funding
and renovating its current facility and/or embarking on a capital campaign
for a new facility, increasing the use of technology services for patrons,
and continuing to develop new community partnerships. For additional

$85,000 - $99,800 (dependent upon experience and qualifications) and an

Library Director-Branch District Library

excellent opportunity for a developing library leader willing to step up and
capitalize on the Library's 2015 millage success and create and implement a
sound forward-thinking plan for the Library's future. The Library staff (37
employees,  23 FTE) serves the 46,905 citizens of Branch County and Allen
Township in Hillsdale County with a $1.6 million operating budget.  The
Branch District Library was formed in 1991 by combining the resources and
services of six individual public libraries in Coldwater, Algansee, Bronson,
Quincy, Sherwood, and Union Township. The challenge for the new Director
will be to help the Library and its services flourish with its communities,
move forward with innovation to restore hours and services and become
