[Michlib-l] Online billing

[Amber Clement - PIDL]

Does a Board have to approve the bills at the Board Meeting?  Or, can we set
up online billing and payments?  We have a Board member who insists on going
electronic but wasn't sure if they had to be approved by the whole Board
first.  Is there a method we need to adopt?
