[Michlib-l] Circulation Training

Hello Everyone,


Are there any libraries that can share forms that they use, or other policies/procedures that they follow, to ensure that new hires are properly trained on all circulation tasks? Also, to ensure that current employees are still properly trained and know how to do all tasks.
