[Michlib-l] template for hand-outs

Hi,
Does anyone have a template that they use for handouts for parents.  I am
referring to the handouts you would give to parents after a storytime with
the rhymes, books, and songs you used.  We are moving back to doing this in
the fall and I wanted to get a jump on it.
