[Michlib-l] Dexter District Library millage renewal

Congratulations to all the libraries with successful millages last 
night.  The Dexter District Library joins the ranks as our issue of 
0.6866 operating mills was renewed by our community for an additional 
six years.  The final vote tally was 8881 (72%) in favor and  3386 (28%) 
opposed.
