The Garden City Public Library has just issued an RFP for a Library Needs Assessment.  Please share with library consultants you would recommend.  To be considered, consultants must register on the MITN (Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network), where all our bids and RFPs are posted. There are both free and paid registrations available.  The official posting of this RFP is solicitation number RFP-NM-2016-1207-0400 posted by City of Garden City.
