We are now receiving new emails to our help desks (RT). Emails sent after 4pm last Friday are slowly being retrieved.

HOWEVER, if you sent an email to any of the following since 4pm last Friday, and you do not receive a response by noon tomorrow - can you please resend your email.

Emails directly to individual addresses work, but if you sent anything to our help desks (RT) they are not coming through.
