[Michlib-l] E-Rate Invoice Deadline Extension Requests

All, we have received word that E-Rate Invoice Deadline Extension Requests (IDER) are being denied today due to an error in the code for the legacy system and USAC is working on it now and hope to have it corrected shortly. The submit a question IDER function was giving applicants an error but seems to be back up now, so in the meantime use that.
