[Michlib-l] Procedure for active assault

At the Marcellus Township Library we had our Sheriff's Department do a
walk-through of our building and give us safety procedure suggestions.

One of the outcomes of that inspection and board approved training was
placing pepper spray in a drawer at the front desk. We hope we never have
to use it.
