[Michlib-l] Library Card Recommendation

We have very old-school library cards but are planning on an upgrade.
We'd like something that comes with a wallet option and a key ring option.
Do you use something you love?  Please share your vendor/style and any notes to the wise.(Perhaps you have something you don't love and could warn me against it?  Also valuable information.)
