[Michlib-l] Circulation Job - Skill Assessment

Anyone use a skill assessment when hiring circulation staff?  I'd love to
find a simple computer/technology aptitude test which could be included in
the job interview process.  

Also, considering using Dewey Easy, unless there is another dewey specific
training/testing software or website that can be recommended.
