[Michlib-l] Shelving for Sale at Crossroads Branch of Cromaine District Library

Hartland's Cromaine Library will close the Crossroads Branch after 12 
great years of service. Our space has already been leased and we need to 
be out by May 31.

There's a close-out sale May 5 and May 6, 10 am to 4 pm, but *pre-sales 
to libraries and nonprofits **are welcomed*.*Prices are negotiable. *All 
the shelving is in very good condition. All sold items must be removed 
from the branch by Saturday, May 6, 5 pm.

One double-faced 45" high 3-section shelving units with maple end panels 
and top (YA): *$400 each*

Two double-faced 45" high 2-section shelving units with maple end panels 
and top (JNF) *$160* each (like photo, just two sections)

Three double-faced 66" high shelving units with three sections: *$480* each

One double-faced 60" high shelving unit with two sections: *$160* each 
(like photo, just two sections)

All shelving is from MJ Industries; purchased new in 2005.

Undercounter refrigerator: $75

Brio table: $25

Small plastic child's table: $10

Four brightly colored wood child chairs: $20 set

Yellow, electrified "coffee" table: $10

Book return: $100 (in storage; no internal bin. Aluminum, Kingsley, 2’6” 
wide, 3’11.5” high)

Library discarded books for all ages by the bag; bag provided.

4, possibly more, desktop PCs with monitors: $40 each PC, plus $10 each 
monitor.

Close-out Sale at Crossroads Branch, 1788 N. Old US 23, Howell, MI. 
Located on the east side of Old US 23, just south of M-59. Sale hours 
10am-4pm each day, pending goods left to sell.

*All sales cash or check only; no credit cards. All items must be 
removed by 5:00 pm, Saturday May 6. Pre-sales of _furnishings only_ (no 
technology, no books) for libraries and nonprofits only.*

Proceeds will be used for furnishings and equipmentof the new spaces at 
the Village location. Items may be added or deleted to the list without 
notice. Everything must sell.
