Greetings all,
I wanted to make sure you were aware of this millage report put together by Library of Michigan staff spanning from 2010 to November of 2016:
http://www.michigan.gov/documents/libraryofmichigan/Michigan_Public_Library_Millage_Results_2010_to_November_2016_541928_7.pdf
I believe it covers all the info you are seeking.

Subject: [Michlib-l] Collecting millage success rate statistics
Hi everyone,
I am doing some research on millage campaign success rates. Can you share with me (off list):
1. Your library's name
2. The population size you serve
3. How many mils did you ask for?
4. When did it pass and how long was it for? (e.g. 10 years)
5. How much did it pass by? Or not pass by?
I will happily compile all of the results and share them with everyone.
Thanks!
