[Michlib-l] Amy Clipston to talk in Battle Creek

Willard Library in Battle Creek is sponsoring a visit by inspirational
fiction writer Amy Clipston, author of “The Cherished Quilt,” at 2 p.m.
Saturday, May 6. Her talk will be at the Holiday Inn, 12812 Harper Village
Drive, Battle Creek.

The timing of her visit is exciting, as the third installment of her Amish
Heirloom series, which culminates with “The Beloved Hope Chest,” will be
released on Tuesday, May 9. “The Cherished Quilt” was the second book in
this series.

Clipston writes both full-length novels and novellas and has written
stories for both adult and young adult audiences. Her other series include
Hearts of the Lancaster Grand Hotel and the Kauffman Amish Bakery.
