[Michlib-l] New online course available in personnel management

Hello, colleagues!

Just a quick note to let you know that our new course on personnel
management, led by Josie Parker of the Ann Arbor District Library, is now
available in the Public Library Management MOOC series on EdX.org .That
brings to three the courses we've released so far:
