Lead by Dr. Rachel M. Magee<https://ischool.illinois.edu/people/faculty/rmmagee>, we'll cover teen development, current trends in library services to teens, and techniques for connecting with teens in your library and community. Attendees will complete this workshop with updated understandings of teen needs and practices, as well as a plan for encouraging and supporting teens as active, engaged community members.

The Institute runs from 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with doors opening at 9:00 AM.
